Shipping Options

We offer both standard and express delivery:

Standard

Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Perfumes and colognes may not be available for Express Shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX.

Estimating Delivery Dates

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipments to International Addresses

At this time, we use FedEx and UPS to ship internationally.

Address Validation

To ensure your packages are delivered to the correct address quickly, we compare the address you entered to the U.S. Postal Services (USPS) database of valid address. That way, we can help identify and correct any typos or errors in the address you entered. If we find a mis-match, we will show you the errors USPS found and ask you either to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. While we recommend you accept the changes recommended by USPS, we do give you the option to keep the address as you entered it, in case you are sure the address you entered is correct. When we check the address with USPS, we also add the +4 digits to your zip code to ensure fast delivery.

Order Status & Tracking

Order Confirmation

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided in this email, or the order status link on the top right corner of our site.

Order Tracking

There are two ways you can track your packages:

  • By your shipping confirmation email

    To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) in the shipment notification email.

  • By clicking on order status on our site

    On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details. of our site.

If your order appears late, remember: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Overnight orders placed after 8 a.m ET are processed the following day. Express delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).

Change In Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.

Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping.
